Studio Terms & Conditions

By using the photography space or completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment A booking is not considered confirmed until full payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed by the studio management. Prices shown do not include Value Added Tax (VAT), if applicable, unless otherwise stated. The client is required to pay the full booking amount before the scheduled session. The booking is valid only for the specific date, time, and space stated in the booking confirmation. Additional time may not be used without prior approval from management. 2. Booking Time The client must arrive at the scheduled time. The booking period starts and ends according to the time stated in the booking confirmation, including setup, preparation, arrangement, and cleaning time. Late arrival does not entitle the client to an extension of the booking period. If another booking follows, the client must vacate the space at the scheduled end time. 3. Booking Rescheduling Requests to change the booking date or time must be made at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability. The booking may be rescheduled [once] only. An administrative fee may apply, according to the studio's applicable policy. 4. Cancellation & Refunds If the booking is cancelled at least [48 hours] before the scheduled time, [the amount will be refunded / converted into studio credit / a specified percentage will be deducted]. Cancellations made less than [48 hours] before the scheduled booking are subject to the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking. In the event of a No-Show, the booking will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued. Once the booking period has started or the client has entered the space, the booking fee is non-refundable, except where otherwise determined by studio management. 5. Additional Time Any time exceeding the booked duration will be charged as additional time according to the applicable hourly rate. Additional time is charged [per hour / per 30 minutes / per 15 minutes]. Extensions are subject to availability and the absence of a subsequent booking. Studio management reserves the right to decline an extension if another booking is scheduled. 6. Use of the Photography Space The space may only be used for the purposes agreed upon at the time of booking, including photography, videography, and content production. The space may not be used for any activity that violates applicable laws, public morals, or causes harm or damage to the premises, staff, or visitors. The client is solely responsible for any content produced within the space, including obtaining any required permits, licenses, or approvals. 7. Equipment & Property All equipment, furniture, props, and decorations within the studio remain the property of the studio. The client must use all equipment properly and with reasonable care. The client will be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any equipment or property damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the client, their team, or guests. Equipment or fixed decorations may not be moved or rearranged without prior approval from the studio team. 8. Number of Guests The client must comply with the maximum number of people permitted within the space according to the type of booking. The client must inform the studio in advance if the booking involves a large production team, additional equipment, models, children, pets, or any special requirements. 9. Cleanliness & Care of the Space The client must maintain the cleanliness of the space and return it in the condition in which it was provided. Materials or substances that may damage floors, walls, furniture, or other studio property may not be used without prior approval. Additional cleaning fees or charges for damage resulting from unusual or improper use may be charged to the client. 10. Personal Belongings

The studio management is not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings, equipment, or other items belonging to the client, their team, or guests, whether inside or outside the photography space.

11. Commercial Photography & Use of the Space

For commercial advertising, brand campaigns, large-scale productions, or other commercial projects, the client must disclose the nature and scope of the project at the time of booking.

Additional fees or different terms may apply depending on the nature of the production, number of crew members, equipment, duration, and production requirements.

12. Safety The use of any materials or equipment that may pose a risk to people or property is prohibited without prior approval. Fire, smoke effects, special effects, or flammable materials may not be used without the studio's prior written approval and the implementation of appropriate safety measures. The client and their team must comply with all safety instructions provided by the studio. 13. Children & Pets The studio must be informed in advance if children or pets will be present during the photography session. The client is responsible for supervising them and for any damage or incidents resulting from their presence. 14. Emergencies & Unforeseen Circumstances

If the studio becomes unavailable due to technical issues, emergencies, or circumstances beyond the studio's reasonable control, the client will be contacted and offered rescheduling or another appropriate solution, depending on the circumstances.

15. Privacy & Security Monitoring

Certain common areas of the premises may be subject to security monitoring for safety and property protection purposes, while respecting designated private areas and applicable laws and regulations.

16. Liability

The client is responsible for their team, guests, equipment, and belongings brought onto the premises. The client is also responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of the space, equipment, or property, or from failure to comply with the studio's instructions.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking and payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
