Agency Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to agency projects and services.
Scope of work: Every project starts with an approved brief. Any work outside the approved brief is quoted separately.
Payments: - 50% of the project value is paid before work starts. - The remaining 50% is due on final delivery. - Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each month.
Revisions: Each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are charged at the agreed hourly rate.
Timelines: Timelines start from the date of payment and receipt of all client materials, and shift if materials or feedback are delayed.
Ownership and usage: Full ownership of approved final files transfers to the client after full payment. Kataleya may display the work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancellation: If a project is cancelled, amounts paid for completed stages are non-refundable.
